Before you submit a trouble ticket, please read through our suggestions below to help resolve your issue.
If you are having problems with your computer, or router, first try restarting, or rebooting each device.
In order to assist you we need specific information on what is occurring. Date the issue first started, symptoms, what caused the issue, what you were doing when the issue began.
If you are having phone issues please be ready to answer the following questions. Can you call local numbers? Can you call long distance numbers? Is there static on your line?
Please call the STC main office number at 2345 for any questions related to billing or new service setup.
Please understand that the issue may be your computer. Please clear your cookies, cache, and temp files. Disable any browser add-ons, or try another browser.
If there is an emergency or after hours request, please call the cell phone number listed on your STC phone list.
The National Do Not Call Registry was created as a database for consumers to stop unwanted telemarketing calls. You can register online at www.donotcall.gov or call toll-free 1-888/382-1222 (TTY 1-866/290-4236 from the number you wish to register. You may register up to 3 phone numbers, including your cell phone.
Registration is free and will take 31 days to become effective. After that, you can file a complaint on the National Do Not Call Registry page or by telephone at the toll free numbers listed above.
